1. Thaw the spinach in a microwave (or chop the fresh one).
2. Beat the eggs and add the milk, flour and spinach. Let the flour swell in the batter for about half an hour (if you’re not already too hungry to wait!). 3. Warm up the frying pan on the stove and add a dab of butter. Pour a thin layer of the spinach mixture on the frying pan, fry both sides until golden brown.
